Please Read the Following Very Carefully
Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment of the full fee paid either by cheque or bank transfer.
By returning the booking form by email unsigned you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of business.
Provisional telephone/email bookings will be assumed to have been cancelled if a booking form and deposit are not received within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Course fees must be received no later than 21 days before the start of the course, failing which we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Any persons cancelling within 21days of the course start date or who do not turn up are liable for the full course fees.
Where a student has cancelled a course within the above period, the course fee may be transferred to another date subject to availability at the discretion of STATS 2000.
Check in times notified for each course must be adhered to, failure to do so might result in the student being unable to complete the course.
If weather, industrial action or any other circumstances outside S.T.A.T.S. 2000's control causes the course to be cancelled, delayed, cut short or changed, S.T.A.T.S. 2000 will not be held liable for any consequential loss, damage or expense incurred by the student and any refund will be subject to deduction of reasonable expenses.
In the event of staff sickness, equipment failure, insufficient students or any similar circumstances which make it necessary to cancel a course or event the maximum possible notice will be given and the full moneys paid will be refunded. S.T.A.T.S. 2000 will not be held responsible for any consequential expenses incurred by the student.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that a copy of a valid certificate is supplied when requested as either a pre requisite of attendance or discount on a course. Failure to do so may result in the candidate being refused a place or discount. If a course is booked using an invalid certificate the candidate will be refused a place and the course fee will not be returned. At the discretion of STATS 2000 a place on another course more suitable course may be offered.
S.T.A.T.S. 2000 reserves the right to change the contents of this brochure at any time.
Prices are correct at time of print but may be subject to change at any time please check before you book that the prices in your brochure are current and places are available.
The completion of any of the ASSET Approved STATS courses does not guarantee that the technician will be able to attend manufacturer’s service courses or access spares. Each manufacturer has their own company policy and we have no control over their decision.
Accommodation bookings are entirely the responsibility of the student, you must cancel your own booking if not required, and failure to do so will result in you having to pay for it. STATS 2000 ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
