Please be aware that as Morecambe is a busy holiday location it is best to book your accommodation as early as possible especially during the summer months.They can provide evening meals by arrangement.

*Please be aware that on a Sunday the last train from Manchester Airport to Lancaster leaves at approx 20.00pm.
Nearest railway station – either Lancaster and then get a taxi to guest house approx. £10.00 or change at Lancaster for Morecambe and taxi to guesthouse. Trains to Morecambe may not run very often on Sundays.

If you are travelling from the North:
- Leave M6 at junction 35
- Follow sign for M601 (A6) Carnforth and Morecambe.
- At end of slip road bear left, signed M601 and Over Kellet Quarries.
- At “T” junction, turn right onto B6254 signpost for Carnforth.
- At traffic lights (crossroads) turn left onto A6 for Lancaster and Morecambe.
- After 2.5 miles, traffic lights bear right onto A5105 sign posted Morecambe.
- Continue straight onto promenade A589 (sea on right).
- Stay on the promenade A589. After approx 2 miles, roundabout (Superbowl on corner), go straight on signposted West Promenade / Heysham A589.
- After approx 0.6 miles turn left (just before the promenade ends) into Alexandra Road.
- Park at the end of Alexandra Rd where it “T’s” into Balmoral Rd.
- Look to your right there is a cobbled alleyway leading to a row of small units. Ours is the first one No.13 with tall aerial mast on roof.
If you are travelling from the South:
- Leave M6 at junction 34
- Turn right at the traffic lights onto Caton Rd., following signs for Lancaster.
- As you approach Lancaster you will come to traffic lights and see a hideous brown modern building on stilts.
- Get into the right hand lane and follow signs for Morecambe. The traffic is now one way.
- Keeping in the right hand lane go straight on through two more sets of traffic lights.
- You are now on a bridge crossing the river Lune.
- Get into the left hand lane and follow signs for Morecambe.
- On leaving the bridge you are on Morecambe Rd., with the river on your left.
- Go straight on crossing two roundabouts (after the 2nd roundabout there is a Mc Donald’s).
- At the third roundabout take the first exit onto West Gate.
- Go straight on passing Lidl on the left and the fire station on the right.
- You will go over a railway bridge with “Regent” static caravan park on the left. You are now on Regent Rd.
- At the traffic lights (Texaco petrol station on corner) turn left into Balmoral Rd.
- At Avondale Rd., turn right and park.
- Go down the first cobbled alleyway to the right. We are the first unit to the left No 13.
If in doubt find No.39 Avondale Road and with your back to the door look across and see alleyway opposite. Go down this and see some small units between the rows of houses – the first one on the left is No.13.
